8. International Data Transfers
BRIDGES Technology Group is incorporated and operated in the Republic of Liberia. Your personal information may be processed and stored on servers located in other countries, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. In particular, our cloud infrastructure and third-party service providers may be located in the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions.
Where we transfer personal information outside of your jurisdiction, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to countries outside your jurisdiction for the purposes described in this Policy.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and have concerns about international data transfers, please contact us at tradelensiq@bridgesliberia.com for information about the specific safeguards applicable to your data.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable data protection law, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right of access — you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and information about how we use it
- Right to rectification — you have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you
- Right to erasure — you have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
- Right to restriction of processing — you have the right to request that we limit the way we use your personal information in certain circumstances
- Right to data portability — you have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller
- Right to object — you have the right to object to our processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, including where we are relying on legitimate interests as the legal basis for processing
- Right to withdraw consent — where we process your information on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at tradelensiq@bridgesliberia.com with a clear description of your request. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
If you are not satisfied with our response to a privacy request or believe we are processing your information in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use the Platform.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under the age of 18, we will take prompt steps to delete such information from our systems. If you believe that we may have collected personal information from a minor, please contact us immediately at tradelensiq@bridgesliberia.com.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. The Company has no control over the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site or service you access through the Platform before providing any personal information.
The inclusion of a link to a third-party site does not imply any endorsement by the Company of that site or its operators.
12. AI Processing of Your Data
TradeLensIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate trade reviews, coaching feedback, and contextual market narratives. This section explains specifically how AI processing of your personal data works on the Platform.
12.1 What AI Processes
Our AI systems process your Trading Profile data (methodology, risk rules, psychological tendencies, and targets), trade journal entries (trade details, screenshots, notes), market intelligence snapshots captured at entry, and your cumulative trade history in order to generate personalised coaching outputs and trade reviews.
12.2 How AI Outputs Are Generated
AI coaching outputs are generated by submitting relevant contextual data from your account to a third-party large language model API. The AI receives your Trading Profile context, the details of the trade under review, and the market intelligence conditions at the time of entry, and produces a structured analytical review. The AI does not have persistent memory between sessions — each coaching output is generated from the specific context provided at the time of the request.
12.3 AI Output Limitations
AI-generated coaching outputs are analytical in nature and are grounded in the data you have provided. They are not infallible, should not be treated as definitive assessments of your trading decisions, and do not constitute financial advice. You should apply your own judgment when reviewing AI outputs.
12.4 Data Sent to AI Providers
When generating AI outputs, certain data from your account — including trading context and market conditions — is transmitted to our AI model provider via encrypted API calls. We ensure that our AI provider is contractually obligated to maintain data confidentiality and not to use your data to train its general models. Please contact us at tradelensiq@bridgesliberia.com if you require further information about our AI providers and the data protection terms applicable to that processing.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, the Platform, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you by email to the address associated with your account.
We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. The most current version of this Policy will always be available at https://tradelensiq.com/legal/privacy.
