Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and BRIDGES Technology Group, a technology company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Liberia (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of TradeLensIQ, accessible at https://tradelensiq.com and associated subdomains (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case the terms “you” and “your” refer to such entity.

2. Description of Service

TradeLensIQ is a market intelligence and trader development platform that provides users with deterministic analytical outputs relating to financial market conditions. The Platform is designed to assist traders in understanding market structure, alignment, confidence, and macro conditions through systematic, rules-based intelligence engines.

The Platform currently includes the following features and functionality:

• Market Intelligence — seven deterministic intelligence engines evaluating market structure, swing bias, intraday bias, timeframe alignment, confidence, macro environment, and sentiment
• Trade Readiness — a composite score (0–100) reflecting the favorability of current market conditions for active trading
• Execution Gate — a real-time binary status indicator synthesising intelligence outputs to indicate whether conditions are ready for execution
• Event Mode — automatic accelerated intelligence reads for instruments affected by imminent high-impact economic events
• Market Context — an AI-narrated executive summary of current conditions derived from computed intelligence scores
• Intelligence Timeline — a chronological log of meaningful changes in market intelligence outputs
• Trade Journal — a structured journal for logging trades with automatic attachment of intelligence snapshots at the time of entry
• Trading System — a user profile capturing methodology, timeframe preferences, risk rules, psychological tendencies, and performance targets
• Performance Analytics — statistical analysis of trade history including win rate, R:R, profit factor, system adherence, and intelligence correlation
• AI Coaching — automated trade reviews and behavioral pattern analysis grounded in the user's Trading Profile and trade history
• Economic Calendar — a calendar of upcoming macro economic events with impact ratings and currency filters
• Trade Calculators — position sizing and pip value calculation tools

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to core functionality.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

The Platform is not directed at, and may not be used by, persons in jurisdictions where the provision or use of such a service is prohibited or restricted by law, regulation, or governmental directive. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

The Company makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

4. Accounts

4.1 Registration

Access to the Platform requires the creation of an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. The Company reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at its discretion.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

You must notify us immediately at tradelensiq@bridgesliberia.com if you become aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account or breach of security. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or to notify us of a security breach.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each account is for a single individual user. You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or use your account for commercial redistribution of the Platform's intelligence outputs. Team or organisational access arrangements must be established through an authorised multi-seat arrangement with the Company.

5. Subscription & Billing

5.1 Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial of the Platform. To commence the trial, you are required to provide a valid payment method. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial period ends, no charge will be made. Upon expiry of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate unless you cancel beforehand.

5.2 Subscription Plans

The Platform is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is as displayed on the Platform at the time of subscription. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment at a discounted monthly-equivalent rate.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current subscription rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise the Company or its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Platform until the end of your paid period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

5.5 Refunds

Except as required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe a charge has been made in error, you must contact us at tradelensiq@bridgesliberia.com within 30 days of the charge. The Company will review such claims and, at its discretion, may issue a credit or refund.

5.6 Price Changes

The Company reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increases before they take effect. Price changes will apply at the start of your next subscription renewal period. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5.7 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. The Company does not store full credit card or payment details. By providing payment information, you authorise the payment processor to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5.8 Taxes

Subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your subscription in your jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, reselling, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its outputs without express written permission from the Company
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code, algorithms, or underlying models of the Platform
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, scrapers, or other means to access, extract, or harvest data from the Platform without authorisation
• Sharing, sublicensing, or transferring your account credentials or access rights to any third party
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security feature, access control, or usage limitation of the Platform
• Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's servers, networks, or infrastructure
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use
• Using intelligence outputs or any Platform content to create a competing product or service

The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these provisions and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account and referral to law enforcement authorities where warranted.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Company Intellectual Property

The Platform and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the intelligence engine models, algorithms, scoring systems, software code, UI design, trademarks, logos, trade names, and all text, graphics, and data — are and shall remain the exclusive property of BRIDGES Technology Group and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

7.2 Licence to Use the Platform

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

7.3 Your Data

Your Trading Profile information, trade journal entries, screenshots, and personal performance data (“User Data”) remain your property. By providing User Data to the Platform, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you, including generating AI coaching outputs and performance analytics.

The Company will not use your User Data for any purpose other than providing the Platform services without your consent, except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.4 Feedback

If you submit suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Platform, you grant the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Platform or other products without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

8. No Financial Advice

TradeLensIQ is a market intelligence and trader development tool. It is not a financial advisory service, investment advisory service, broker, or dealer. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument, security, currency pair, commodity, or derivative.

The intelligence outputs, scores, narratives, coaching insights, and all other content generated by the Platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on systematic analysis of market data and do not account for your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or any other personal circumstances.

All trading decisions are made exclusively by you. The Platform is designed to inform your decision-making process — it does not make trading decisions for you, and it does not issue trade signals. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make and for any resulting gains or losses.

Trading financial instruments involves a substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all individuals. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. If you are in doubt about whether trading is appropriate for your circumstances, you should seek advice from an independent, qualified financial adviser before trading.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Platform Provided “As Is”

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, and non-infringement.

9.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While the Company endeavours to ensure that intelligence outputs are computed accurately and consistently, we do not warrant that the Platform will always be accurate, error-free, or current. Market data, intelligence scores, and analytical outputs may be subject to delays, errors, or technical interruptions. You should not rely solely on the Platform when making trading decisions.

9.3 No Guarantee of Availability

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from technical failures. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, or other operational reasons.

9.4 Market Data

Intelligence outputs are derived from market data sourced from third-party providers. The Company makes no representation as to the accuracy or timeliness of such underlying data. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to errors introduced by data providers.

9.5 Past Performance

Past performance information presented on the Platform is not indicative of future performance. No representation is made that any user will or is likely to achieve comparable results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Trading losses or investment losses
• Loss of business or loss of contracts
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Any other economic or financial loss

arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any content thereon, regardless of the basis of such liability and even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in subscription fees in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Any content or data you submit to the Platform
• Any trading decisions you make based on or in connection with the Platform

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account settings and ceasing all use of the Platform. If you cancel a paid subscription, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

12.2 Termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, fraudulent or abusive activity, or a requirement of law or regulatory authority.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 7.1, 7.4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and all other provisions that by their nature should survive, shall survive termination of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Liberia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Republic of Liberia.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction that provides additional protections or mandatory dispute resolution mechanisms, those protections are not affected by these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify you by email to the address associated with your account.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription before the effective date of the changes. The most current version will always be available at https://tradelensiq.com/legal/terms.
